DOWNHILL TRAIL WORKSHOP with @chickswhotrail

Talking on camera? It takes something pretty cool to get that out of me 😉

Coming up this Saturday: The Downhill Trail Workshop (for newbie trail chicks), in collab with @salomon_sa

👟Guys, you can even try some new @salomon_sa GENESIS 2 trail shoes, which is such a cool chance to actually see if they’re the right fit before you commit.

I, for one, have run over 800 km in the first GENESIS range, so I’m a fan favourite!

⛰️What a dream to share my love for technical descents with some incredible humans who are just getting their first taste of the mountains.

🛍️You’ll also get some goodies from @salomon_sa , @kula.energy & @buttanutt

And of course, 🍻 @jackblackbeer and @culturelab_kombucha after all the hard work nailing some technical downhills.

Rookie Workshop #3
3 Oct | 9–11am | R195

PS. It’s a women-only initiative aimed at absolute beginners ⛰️

🐾 Chapman's Peak Trail, Cape Town 🐾

Some views you just have to earn — and this one delivers. Towering cliffs, the Atlantic crashing below, and a trail wide enough for wagging tails all the way up. 🌊⛰️

This one's a proper dog-friendly hike — good footing, epic photo stops, and enough shade to keep the pups happy. Bring water for both of you, leash for the busier sections, and get there early to beat the wind.

📍 Chapman's Peak, Cape Town
🐕 Dog-friendly | Moderate difficulty | Bring water

Tag a pup lovin' hiking buddy who needs this on their weekend list 👇
