InsomniacMaya AngelouThere are some nights when
sleep plays coy,
aloof and disdainful.
And all the wiles
that I employ to win
its service to my side
are useless as wounded pride,
and much more painful.

Walking the runway with CIDP and drop foot isn’t about hiding the condition—it’s about knowing what support your body needs so you can still command the room. 👠✨

As a professional model navigating drop foot, footwear isn’t just about aesthetic; it’s about stability, weight distribution, and ankle support. From my custom AFOs to lace-up block heels that lock everything in place, here is how different setups rating out for my walk.

True confidence comes from adapting to your journey and owning every single step. Drop a comment below—which footwear setup do you think gives the cleanest line? 👇🏽

From beach bleach to runway ready! You agree to do a hair show but don’t really want any change to your hair? ….. @aubreytutkowella masterfully placed like a 1,000 foils and blended the beach bleached, partial highlight, silver grow out…. to a beautiful dimensional, blonde balance of buttery warmth, icy brightness, and sun lit dimension that catches the light from every angle. ✨

John and Chris had a vision that came to life beautifully. One of the coolest salons I’ve ever been to as well ☺️

realistic casting call = spending 8 hours of your day & traveling on public transportation for the chance of a great opportunity! Thank you @chicmodels for sending this over back in the summer :)
P.S. I’ll be posting “old” clips over the next few weeks that I finally got around to edit 🫶🏻
