Speed paint for my latest art piece, as per requested ^^ My process explained: I start off making my reference using photo bashing, which is taking multiple photos and collaging/editing/warping them to create my own very specific reference. While tweaking the photo of the lady, I also pulled references of my own body to get the exact shape right, even though in this stage it is never perfect. After that I start on drawing the character, I originally always start drawing on the original reference to make sure my proportions are alright (also saves me time) before then fixing minor details mistakes and fixing the anatomy and pose to my exact liking. After that we're the dogs which I cut corner with because I can't draw dogs, so I traced the outlines, added my style in it and free balled the painting in the fur the best I could. The background was the simplest, and after fighting over the composition for a while, I landed on a pink striped wallpaper background ^^ All in all this was 35.5 hours, and honestly for this piece, was a pretty solid pace.
