Just another day at Grand Central… when Andy catches up with me to say, “I love your bag.” 💙

An AI-generated fantasy inspired by the very real photograph of Andy Warhol at The Factory in now transformed into wearable art through my collaboration with FAKTORY MADE X KBYSTEDT8 (LOS ANGELES)

I think Andy would approve. 😉✨

See you September 15 at Vanderbilt Hall, Grand Central Terminal @vsglobalstudio

Thank you @consuelo_vanderbilt_costin @michaelaseewald_v24 @umi.mcguckin

When the Queen comes to life… 👑✨

I’ve always loved bringing portraiture, ART and fashion together. A few years ago, I had myself painted myself in gold paint acrylic and transformed myself into a queen of compassion and put a seven-foot-tall Queen in my LA Loft.

My collaborating artist @Raul33 asked if he could add his signature Meditation calligraphy to the Gold Queen. Now, with the help of AI, she steps off the wall, towers over him—and takes a closer look at the artist who transformed her.

Our collaboration later continued with Raul bringing his visual language to my original portrait of Andy Warhol. Selected prints from our collaboration will soon be available through the V&S shop.

Sharing some of my favorite health and wellness habits during my conversation with author Hugues Alard on @the.happy.rise podcast.

For me, wellness is about consistency—nourishing my body with healthy food, staying active, prioritizing my mindset, and finding joy in the things I love.

After overcoming Stage 3 colon cancer, I don’t take my health for granted. Every day is another opportunity to choose vitality.

Food is medicine. Movement is medicine. A positive mindset is medicine. 🤍✨

What healthy habit has made the biggest difference in your life?

New episode of Might Ramble (#21) is live with Dr. Sharp Carla + some life lately.

Dr. Carla Sharp is the John and Rebecca Moores Professor of Clinical Psychology at the University of Houston, and one of the leading researchers in the world on borderline personality disorder and personality pathology.

We get into the shift the field has been moving towards: away from rigid diagnostic boxes and toward a dimensional understanding of personality, and why being able to recognize these patterns in adolescence can make a monumental difference for early intervention. We talk about identity and the self as the real core of the disorder, what mentalizing is and how it breaks down, psychic equivalence, personality functioning as similar to how we assess IQ structurally, and why the sensitive temperament underneath so much of this is the same depth of feeling we prize in our best artists and thinkers.

A lot of good material on relationships in general within the episode, and pertinent to what is most popularly known as Narcissistic Abuse.

Dr. Sharp met every question with rigor and real generosity. I learned a great deal. Grateful for her time and her work.

Other than that, I celebrated 1 year sober on June 13th!

Paris. Art. Authenticity. ✨

I recently joined author Hugues Allard on the @the.happy.rise podcast in the basement of a 12th-century building in Saint-Germain-des-Prés.

We spoke about authenticity, style, spirituality, creativity, and how art can become a reflection of who we truly are.

A beautiful conversation in one of the most inspiring cities in the world. 🇫🇷

Walking these streets with my art in hand, now watching it live on the palace walls of the Palazzo Mora. Honored to be part of Rachel’s ‘Look Up’ at the Venice Biennale.

The global creative movement LOOK UP, conceived and curated by Rachel D. Vancelette, continues its international evolution from its monumental debut in Times Square to a featured presentation in Personal Structures: Confluences, organized by the European Cultural Centre as part of the 61st International Art Exhibition of La Biennale di Venezia.

My dear designer friend Nabil Hayari 🤍
Yesterday I visited his showroom overlooking the Champs-Élysées, where he dressed me in the most gorgeous gown for the Venice Biennale ✨

We first met in Monaco, when we both contributed to Amber Lounge in support of Prince Albert and Princess Charlene’s charity for the Special Olympics. Since then, Nabil has become a dear friend—and truly one of the most extraordinary gown designers I know.

Grateful for the friendship, the artistry, and this moment 💫
