DAY IN THE LIFE!

Thursdays are a grind and today I was unsuccessful at not waking up my 7 year old!

One of my favorite parts of my job is that everyday is a little different.

Most days start between 5-6am

Consisting with varying amounts of

In person & virtual 1:1 clients or teaching group classes

Programming and delivering feedback for online

Meetings & Admin work

Bed time between 8:30-9:30pm

I absolutely love what I do, all the different kinds people I get to with in.

And if you are looking to take the guesswork out of your training, let’s chat
