Yesterday was our first Miles & Smiles hangout and honestly, it was long overdue 😂

We’ve spent so much time running together, it was nice to finally just hang out, talk, play games, swim, compete and generally disturb ourselves 😂

First hangout done. And yeah… we definitely need to do this again.

It fun to run. 🧡

We stopped by @chiefkage7’s house to unveil and give his first impressions on the @myracetimeapp’s medals our run club received for the Water quarter of the run the elements challenge. Safe to say he was impressed. Thank you to @myracetimeapp for putting this together and we hope to participate for as long as they continue with it 🙌🏾❤️ #runningcommunity #medal #strava #myracetimeapp

1,250m is a lot 🥵💨

Shouts to the team— @bosemay_ , @chiefkage7 , @kofo_afo and @hizikblaq for doing their best. We locked in 4th place out of 8 teams! 4️⃣/8️⃣🔥

Huge congratulations once again to Zero Run Club on 1 year, and big thanks for hosting such a solid event 🥂🏃‍♂️

The entire Miles and Smiles crew was put on notice this evening as @chiefkage7 broke the sub 20 barrier in the 5k with a very impressive negative split. Kudos to him for the amazing achievement and we hope it’ll spur others to achieving it as well 🙌🏾🔥 #run #strava #fitness #runningcommunity #viral

Tail end of the year and the boys decided to push their last joint session a little hard. A nice 13km run at 10k pace goal. This is just the beginning of what's to come next year, watch this space 💯🔥⚡⚡

Today's run was split between 2 groups, the beginners with a 5km run and the regulars with a 17km run. This week marks the beginning of competition season so everyone is stepping up to lock in for training 💯🔥

Miles n smiles run club brought the heat to the @6000sec_fitness culture in motion at Unilag sports center yesterday. It was a fun filled event with a major highlight being the unreal energy @kaffydance brought to the event. Kudos to the organizers and the effort they put in 🔥💯
