Saturday evenings are a natural time to notice if we’ve been ignoring our own low-battery signals. Just like our tech, our capacity to show up for others is directly tied to how well we’ve maintained our own internal charge.

The studio is open tomorrow for anyone who needs a dedicated space to plug back in and reset for the week ahead. 🌿
