Come get my birthday hair done with me! 🎂💇🏽‍♀️✨
But first… a mandatory stop at @traderjoes because your girl needed a Mango & Peach Bellini to get through this appointment 😂🥂💕

When I tell y’all I never thought I’d be a lace front girlie… I NEVER thought I’d be a lace front girlie 😭💅🏽
But now? I’m obsessed.

Watching this transformation from start to finish had me feeling all kinds of cute, and honestly, this might be one of my favorite birthday styles yet. 🩷✨

The wig is from @subellahairwigs she definitely understood the assignment 👏🏽🔥

As I step into 36, I’m grateful for growth, peace, my babies, good health, and a hairstyle that got me feeling like THAT GIRL. 😂💕

Happy 36th Birthday to me! 🥂🎂✨
Now tell me… are you team natural hair, sew-in, wig, or lace front? 👀👇🏽

Postpartum really changes everything… including your hair 🤍

So this is me, starting my journey of getting it back healthy one appointment at a time 🫧✨

Today I’m getting my hair washed, deep conditioned, and braided down so I can actually take care of it the right way 💅🏽

Because for a minute… I was in survival mode
and my hair? yeah… she was going THROUGH it 😭

But I have to give a shoutout to my stylist, @chiistylez 🤍

She really takes her time, listens to what I need, and makes sure my hair is actually being cared for not just styled!!

Especially with me dealing with a dry/flaky scalp, she goes in and really cleans my scalp without making me feel insecure about it 🫶🏽

And that matters more than anything

This isn’t just a hair appointment… it’s part of my healing and getting back to me 💛

Not perfection… just progress 🤍✨

If you’re on a postpartum journey too, you’re not alone

Follow @2macksandamom let’s keep this going real life, real moments, and getting back to ourselves one step at a time 💕
