I’ve always been the kind of person who needs to know everything about everything.

If something interests me, I research it. I ask questions. I go down every rabbit hole. I want to know how it works, why it works — and whether there’s a better way to do it.

So when I started making cold brew… you can probably imagine what happened. 😂

Hi, I’m Gail, the person behind Chilled Brew.

What started as making cold brew turned into learning everything I possibly could about the organic coffee beans and ingredients I use, the grind, the water, the brew time, the filtration — all the little things that can completely change what ends up in your glass.

And if I don’t know something? I research it until I do.

Somewhere along the way, my curiosity turned into a passion for making really good cold brew. And that passion became Chilled Brew.

So I figured it was probably time to stop hiding behind the bottles and introduce myself. 👋
