There’s a Japanese craft pop-up at @chillhubmq in Macquarie Park, where you can learn how to make earrings out of recycled plastics!

The next session has been rescheduled to 🗓️28 November.

I’ve always been curious how everyday plastics can be turned into something you’d actually wear. Up-cycled jewellery is handmade from reused materials, so every pair comes out unique.

Workshop details:
Up-cycle Jewellery, $68 (@secret_twincle)
Japanese wagashi Sweets Making, $99 (@shunka_do_ )
Bento Box Building, $58 (@minime_magic_studio )

More information:
🎭 Japanese workshops are held once a month, with the next one on 28th November at Macquarie Park

There’s a Japanese craft pop-up at @chillhubmq in Macquarie Park, where you can learn how to make nerikiri! After enjoying a few nerikiri on my Japan trips I’ve always been curious how to make them. Nerikiri is a traditional Japanese sweet shaped by hand to reflect the changing seasons and flowers.

The workshops run once a month, and the next one is 5th December at Macquarie Park!
