I’ve been a gym rat for over a decade now at this point, and one thing I’ve noticed is that I’m never satisfied. There is always something I can improve, something that isn’t quite where I want it to be, and thats ultimately the beauty of it all to me. A consistent internal battle of mastering one’s own body and mind to reach another level, every single day. Love the process, and your body will love you back even more. Keep training people 👊🏾
