whew … Summer 2 ✅

I’ve been dabbling in business since 16–17 y/o, and this has been one of the most eventful/rewarding years yet.

Learned a TON this summer, but here are some things for certain:

1. Abundance — the pie is massive. Everybody can eat — GIVE more, LOVE more, SMILE more.
2. Surround yourself with winners. There is no “I” in team. Your CULTURE keeps you accountable. Accountability fosters success. If you want success, you gotta have the right culture.
3. Elite motto I’ve thought a ton about recently -> “Develop Winners, Change Lives” — this gets me out of bed on a Monday morning and keeps me up on a Saturday night.
4. The sun doesn’t care about your emotions — regardless of how you feel, the day will keep going with or without you. That does NOT mean they aren’t important, but that also does NOT mean you should play victim to them.

When I started this job, I told myself I would never become the “sales guru” Insta page, but here we are ….

Massive shoutout to @charlie_fk — if you looked up an image of “partner in crime,” a picture of us two would show. Tons of ups and downs this year, and his expertise and seniority in the game expedited success when working solo wouldn’t have.

Tons of people trusted me with their summer, and I’m glad it went the way it did. Winners developed, and experiences were made.

Rest in peace to the disgusting amounts of sushi and Korean BBQ that vanished off planet Earth in our time here.*

As Year 3 approaches, the quest for learning more about this whole business thing continues.

There is enough time on the clock. I have helped hundreds of reps finish the summer strong and hit their goal.

It’s what I’m good at and I’m opening up my calendar to 30 more clients that are ready to finish the summer strong and hit their goals with intention.

DM me the word Mindset and let’s get on a call to make sure it’s a good fit.

Kickoff 2026 📈

Every year I learn more, become a better person, and find new reasons to commit to my career when I visit HQ and dial in with the squad.

Biggest lesson learned this year: Lock in with the people that want it most. Spend time with the people that will give you the most time and effort in return. And do everything you can to help them succeed ✅

This Experience with the Collective taught me so much.

One of the things it taught me was time spent with people doesn’t necessarily correlate to connection.

The quality of experiences you share largely determines connection.

I would do anything for these guys after just a day and a half of time spent together.

Really honored and grateful to be apart of this experience with these incredible men!
