3 Things That Help Me Stay Confident:

Question of the day: When you’re driving and see a speed bump, what do you do? 🚗 Slow down and keep going, right? Life works the same way—challenges aren’t meant to stop you, just prepare you for the road ahead.

1️⃣ Stand on business (i.e., faith) even when it feels like you don’t have everything together.
Chasing your dreams can feel abstract, even delusional at times. But remember: you don’t need to have it all figured out to take the next step. Just move in faith and trust that God will align the pieces in His time.

2️⃣ Understand that trials are part of the process.
When you’re building a house, unexpected delays can happen. The paint color might be sold out, or the materials might arrive late. Do you quit? No! You adapt, find alternatives, and keep building until it’s finished.

God’s plans for you are far better than anything you could imagine. Trials may come, but they’re shaping you for greater things. As James 1:3 reminds us: “The testing of your faith produces perseverance.”

3️⃣ Learn to trust that you are not alone.
Even when you can’t physically see Him, God is working behind the scenes, sending people and opportunities to guide you.

I was reminded of this while watching the @netflix Netflix series Testament of Moses, based on the book of Exodus. Moses struggled with:
• Self-doubt
• Fear 😨
• Lack of direction
• Feeling out of place

Yet he trusted God’s promises and kept going. Like @limoblaze_ sings:
”‘Cause I know You would never fail me
Even when my knees are shaking
Even when my heart is bleeding…”

This is your reminder that you’re not alone and that whatever you’re working on will come together in God’s perfect timing. Keep pushing, keep praying, and keep trusting.

These past few months of planning the 3rd Shaweh Conference @shaweh.hour have been a profound journey. The Lord promised to pour out His rain, and we literally experienced Hurricane Beryl during the conference. Many suggested we cancel, but God said, “If I am for you, who can be against you?” This is a testimony to anyone facing challenges: whatever God puts in your heart, never give up. Look up to God when you’re stuck, pray, and He will make a way.

This year’s theme, “The Journey,” based on 1 Kings 19:7, resonated deeply with me. I felt every bit of Elijah’s journey—it truly felt like a birthing season. I am assured that God has begun a shift in Shaweh, and I am excited for the great things He will do moving forward. 🔥🔥

I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who supported us in any way. Your support is deeply appreciated, and I am very excited for the amazing things to come.

Cheers to the end of a successful Shaweh 2024 Conference, and I look forward to many more events and experiences with God. 🥺🥺

In celebration of love ❤️ we will discussing the difference between love and lust and the importance of dealing with childhood trauma and why vulnerability is necessary in marriage.

This is an official introduction to @shaweh.hour which is a platform that I started in 2019 to bring this generation closer to God through reforming our mentality and helping us learn the importance of finding your identity in Christ. The name Shaweh comes from a combination of Shalom and Yahweh, because we can only find true peace in the presence of God. Shaweh Hour means a peaceful hour in the presence of Yahweh (means God). For a very long time I have been ashamed of my faith in Jesus but I told myself that I will live boldly for God through all aspects of my life and I have never regretted that decision.
