Thank you @chefstableofficial for the invite. Weekend hangs with industry friends who happe to be the best chefs out there. Met and made new friends that I admire for their work, talent and how awesome humans they are. Even had the treat experience it all with family @jossym314 this one is for the books.

Another terrific meal at three star Le Pré Catelan west of Paris. Set in the 2100 acre Bois de Boulogne (over twice the size of Central Park), the Frédéric Anton flagship is located in a royal hunting lodge that was transformed to a restaurant in the Belle Époque. We enjoyed the 12 course tasting menu featuring dishes such as langoustine ravioli with foie gras, squab with honey and dates, compté soufflé served as a cheese course, and an innovative take on champagne and caviar where the former was a champagne sorbet. @leprecatelan.fredericanton.

Bougie Butter Scrambled Eggs in under a minute.
Whisk 2 eggs with a pinch of salt until foamy and no streaks remain. Melt a tablespoon of salted butter in a skillet over low heat. Add the eggs and gently move around the pan until the eggs are just set, but still wet and glossy, about 45 seconds. Season with pink Himalayan sea salt and toasted ground green peppercorns. Garnish with fresh chives (well rinsed!) from the yard. Serve up to your favorite human or keep all to yourself.
p.s. as you can see, you CAN cook eggs in a stainless skillet

Ironman 70.3 Panama City Beach done! Wind, rain, waves put us through it but super happy with how I did on my first big triathlon. 1.2 mi swim (ish), 56 mile bike ride, 13.1 mile run in 5 hrs 22 min.

Thank you @keelyncostello for being the best wife and on race content queen, @cmlammert for being the best mom and cheering in the rain!
