POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Almost a decade of showing up, putting in the work, and doing it alongside his family.

Dan has been part of the Revamped community for nearly 10 years, and we’re grateful he’s chosen to make this place part of his family’s fitness journey.

Listen to Dan share what keeps him coming back and why Revamped has become more than just a gym for him.

My videos started as a space for me to process, explore, and practice finding my own voice.

Now I want to explore something new—creating intentional experiences where we can move, feel, and discover together.

Not as a performance or something to get “right,” but as an invitation to explore your own experience.

I’ll bring my movement, my voice, and the principles I’m learning and practicing…

and invite you to make the experience your own. ❤️‍🔥

LOGBOLC finally complete, what an incredible experience and opportunity this has been. I’m beyond grateful for all the amazing people I met along the way who made the course more enjoyable and helped create great memories! Truly couldn’t have asked for a better group! Crazy to think this is just the beginning of the journey. 🇺🇸

Grateful.

There are so many emotions that come after a weekend like this, but the word I keep coming back to is gratitude.

First and foremost, I’m grateful to God. For the health and physical gifts He has given me, for the ability to move, compete, learn, and grow, and for the opportunity to use those gifts through CrossFit. I don’t take any of it for granted. My prayer is always that the way I train, compete, and carry myself would honor Him. May Jesus be the name that gets all the glory.

I’m incredibly thankful for the opportunity to complete the online qualifier with other WodPrep athletes. I learned so much from all of you over the 5 days — not just about competition, but about preparation, focus, and showing up with excellence and humility.

Rose Wall (@wall9591) and everyone at Titan CrossFit (@titan_crossfit) — thank you for hosting us so wholeheartedly. You created such a welcoming and encouraging environment, and it meant more than you know.

Nelson Slade (@nelson.slade)— for the last two years, you’ve coached me with wisdom, patience, encouragement, and belief. You’ve talked me down from the ledge and up from the valley. Thank you for helping me grow not only as an athlete, but as a person.

Eric Brown (@eric.brown47) — your influence showed up loud and clear in that snatch workout. Thank you for pouring your knowledge and standards into me over time.

And Paul — my husband, my steady encouragement in all the ways big and small. Thank you for supporting this journey, believing in me, and always reminding me who I am outside of performance.

I’m also deeply grateful for the CrossFit community at NCFIT (@nc.fit) over these last three years. Training alone is hard, and you all have helped keep me sane, grounded, encouraged, and consistent. Community matters, and I feel blessed to have yours.

To everyone who cheered, texted, prayed, coached, judged, or simply believed in me along the way — thank you. I carry all of it with me.

Forever grateful for this journey and the people God has placed in it. 💝

We couldn’t be more proud of Coach Amanda, Coach Stef, and Coach Mike for the way they continue to show up, compete, and represent what this community is all about. From Amanda taking on the elite stage at the Magic City Games, to Stef chasing down a near lifetime PR at the Rock ‘n’ Roll Madrid Half Marathon, to Mike putting together an incredible performance at the Myrtle Beach Beachtown Throwdown. Each of them embraced the challenge and rose to the occasion. Their dedication, humility, and willingness to keep pushing forward set the tone for everyone around them, and we’re proud to have them leading from the front!

Slide 1: “I’m incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to compete at The Magic City Games, the first ALL Masters CrossFit Semi-final. It was an incredible event with awesome programming. I’ll keep striving to reach the main goal, but for this weekend I’m very proud of my effort.” - Amanda Fillers

Slide 2: “Rock ‘N’ Roll Madrid half marathon was such a special race, traveling with friends and having my daughter there to share the experience meant everything. To top it off, I came surprisingly close to my lifetime PR from 2016, which made it even more meaningful!” - Stef Smith

Slide 3: “I had an amazing experience being supported and competing at the Myrtle Beach Beachtown Throwdown 45+ division. I accomplished almost all of my goals for this competition implementing tips and coaching from all the different coaches and athletes.” - Mike Boettger
