The only thing I regret is driving 2,5hrs to see this majestic place 🤣🤣🤭, sore calves, and hamstrings. Learning a few things from the beautiful ladies that I went with. Would I do this again? Of course I would in a heartbeat. Life isn’t about how many shifts I can cram into my busy week schedule. It is about taking time out for myself. Getting the beautiful breeze and sunshine. And just staring at the wonderful nature. Nervous system reset, ready to tackle the new week with ease. #hike #hikewithfriends

Happy International Women’s Day to the incredible women of the Get Physical community, from busy mums to professionals and everyday legends — your strength, commitment and resilience inspire me every single day.

It’s a privilege to be part of your journey and watch you grow stronger, more confident and more powerful every week is what makes this job so rewarding. Proud of every one of you.
