"If y'all knew how many times I recorded this video... because I just couldn't capture the excitement I feel right now. I still can't believe I outdid my own vision.
The Sacred Flower started as a vision God gave me three or four years ago. But one year ago, I finally stopped talking about it... and took action.
Today, we're celebrating one year of The Sacred Flower. Looking back at everything we've accomplished, I'm just overwhelmed with gratitude. I want to thank everyone who believed in me, partnered with me, volunteered, supported an event, or encouraged me along the way. I'll be tagging everyone who helped make this first year possible.

If I hadn’t been obedient to God when He told me to get back up, I would have missed this moment—this recognition for Women’s History Month 💕

There are so many women who have influenced and inspired my journey, and I couldn’t name them all. My Beautiful Mother and prayer warrior @sweet_puddin68 Women like Monique Rodriguez (@exquisitemo), who was a registered nurse when she started Mielle Organics, and Melissa Butler (@melissarbutler), who appeared on Shark Tank and didn’t let a “no” stop her.

They are powerful reminders that rejection is not the end. Just because it hasn’t happened yet doesn’t mean it won’t. Your season is coming—stay the course.

I remember being ready to throw in the towel in summer 2025… ready to walk away from Vagesty for good. Some of you saw those moments—I was open and transparent about how challenging entrepreneurship can be.

But God told me to get back up. And I’m so grateful I listened 🥹🙌🏾
