An earthquake bar takes a traditional strength movement and adds an unstable element that forces your body to constantly react.

Not to mention the nasty pump you get from it, I mean you really feel it through your chest and deep in the shoulder.

The swinging weight challenges your stability, coordination, proprioception, and joint control with every rep.

You’re not just trying to move the weight—you’re trying to control the movement of the weight through out the rep.

That’s the difference.

Because real-world strength isn’t always predictable. Your body needs to be able to produce force, absorb force, and stabilize under it.

Strength builds the engine. Stability teaches you how to control it.

That’s why I incorporate stability into my training—because building a body that lasts requires more than just lifting heavy.

If you’ve started telling yourself “I’m just getting older” I’m here to tell you that your prime is still obtainable.

As a personal trainer for over 10 years, I have helped people in their 30s, 40s and 50s adjust the way they work out so they can actually get stronger, more capable and more fit than they were when they were younger. This is your prime, not your decline.
