Cruising on the Ganges with @chirusur and friends...
till now i have attended 6 such sails organized by Chiru da...
Almost now and then in between a month or two there is a sail organized.
Chiru da does not profit from this, it's a fun loving affair to him where a lot of friends and friends of friends come together to appreciate sailing over ganges from near the howrah ghats to belur math and return...
The steam boat we travel in is rented out for a couple of hours depending on the number of people joining..
The rent is equally divided amongst us all.. almost 500 to 400 bucks per person.. maximum 30 heads... and you can bring your food and drinks on board and enjoy responsibly.. I also took Nancy on board one time.. all the rides were very pleasant.. we might have to wait out for the next ride since the heat is too much at the moment...
