YTT at The Tree starts next month 9/26! Here’s a look at our Restorative Yoga module led by @yogawithjoeyh

Alumni have shared our modules and guest teachers were all amazing, on point, and intellectually expansive. It’s difficult for many to choose a favorite, plenty responding in our feedback surveys that they love it all ☺️✨

We offer a hybrid learning model, allowing students to join us at the studio or from anywhere in the world, online! Our live streaming of this training has come a long way and alumni have thanked us for this inclusive & accommodating option. We want online participants to feel like they’re in the space with us, much like this video. They are never an afterthought!

If location is what’s kept you from joining our training program, we welcome you to join in online! Sign up today through the YTT link in our bio!

To the mamas, mama figures, abuelas, aunties, chosen mamas — those who nurture, hold, lead, and love. Happy Mama’s Day. We see you. We 🤎you. And we want to help you celebrate with a free class (valid 5/10-5/13).

Thank you for the strength you carry, the softness you offer, the sacrifices, the lessons, the late nights, the early mornings, and the endless ways you keep showing up. You are the truest baddie! May you make space for your own breath, your own joy, and your own becoming.🫶🏽

In honor of Teacher Appreciation Week (5/4–5/8), all teachers are invited to take one class on us — free. Thank you for the long days, the unseen labor, the patience, the love, and the way you keep showing up even when it’s hard. Thank you for creating safe spaces, planting seeds of confidence, and reminding young people who they are and who they can become. Teachers are the community builders, culture shifters, and everyday heroes. You do work that ripples far beyond the classroom — and this week, we’re celebrating you.
