I’m excited to announce that I will be continuing my athletic and academic career at Indiana University. I would first like to thank God for giving me the ability and opportunity to play the game I love at the next level. I would also like to thank my friends and family for all of the support that they have shown. Thank you to all my coaches for putting in countless hours to make me a better player on and off the field. Lastly I’d like to thank the coaching staff at Indiana University for a great opportunity to play at the next level. Go Hoosiers🔴⚪️!

It’s hard to put into words what this game has meant to me. What started as a kid’s dream turned into some of the best years of my life. Travel baseball gave me lifelong friendships, unforgettable memories, countless lessons, and a second family I’ll never forget. Thank you to every coach who believed in me, every teammate who became a brother, and my family for every mile traveled and every sacrifice made. I would give anything to play just one more game with this group. As this chapter comes to an end, I’ll always be grateful for everything this game has given me. Thank you, travel baseball. You’ll always be a part of who I am. Excited for what’s next and ready for what the next chapter holds for me. ❤️⚾️

Jack Whaley, a 2028 infielder and Michigan commit, shows a controlled, athletic swing with strong barrel awareness and solid bat speed. He’s built on a dependable offensive foundation, with clear room for added power as he continues to develop physically. Whaley really impressed me this weekend and caught the attention of plenty of others as well. He went 6‑for‑9 with three doubles and three singles, all of it firm contact driven to every part of the field.
