Dear softball, what a journey of ups & downs, 40 home runs later. The sport that could clear my mind while playing. The sport that brought blood, sweat, and tears. So much happiness, many friendships, and more memories than I could count. Through all the mental battles I never lost the love for the game. The days when I didn’t feel like it & questioned myself, I’m very thankful I pushed through it. To all my coaches, and teammates I will forever be grateful for!
To my dad the only coach I have ever needed you pushed me harder than I ever could of thought, all the countless hours on and off the field and the dedication you showed me, and many other players I will forever cherish. Getting to call you my dad is better than beating any record or award or medal I could win. To my mom thank you for always being my biggest fan. Seeing you put my needs before your own, and your love and encouragement has shaped me into the person I am today.
To my sisters and cousin, growing up getting to play with you taught me to be the best player I could be on and off the field, to work hard, and to never give up. I’m blessed I get to call you my role models.

full legs !!

Pendulum squats 4x10 (progressive overload)
RDLs 4x10
Leg press 3x10-12 (narrow stance)
Quad extensions 4x10 (progressive overload>>last set drop the weight by 1/2 >until failure)
Calf raises 3x15
Hip thrusts 4x8-10

trying harder to challenge myself lately by seeing how much weight I can actually do !! It’s crazy to think that I’ve been holding myself back thinking I couldn’t increase weight for the longest time. You’re capable of doing so much more than what your mind tells you :))

Also I’m OFFICIALLY on winter break, so I’m hoping to post more content 🫶🏻🫶🏻 I still have a push day video

Finisher: Hip-thrust 21’s x4
-Full range x7
-Half range x7
-Hold 7 secs

Weighted steps ups are probably the best variation of step ups I’ve done yet !!!! It allowed me to gain more tension in my glutes while maintaining a more controlled movement :) this workout was definitely one of my best pumps🔥🔥🔥
