I don’t like saying goodbye to things I love but these past 4 years have been the best years I’ve had. I’m blessed for everything that has happened to me with this track team.

Parish:
Thank you for everything you have taught me from countless days and many one on one practices I am forever grateful for you and your dedication to our track team. I have loved being on your team and if I can do it for 4 more years I would.

Labass:
You are the literal goat for listening to me complain about anything in life. You have given me the motivation to stop complaining during track and you’ve also gave me candy when I shouldn’t be having any! I love how much you care for us and how you want to see us succeed.

King, Headstrom, Mackey, and Ramsey:
You guys weren’t my coaches specifically but you guys have all impacted my time on this track team. Yall have seen EVERYTHING and I love all of you dearly. Thank you for joining our team when you did.

Teammates:
I love every single one of you and I can’t imagine my life without all of you. Thank you for hearing every complaint, every yell, every cry. I wouldn’t be where I am without yall and im forever grateful for all of you. You guys are truly my family and have a place in my heart always and forever.

Parents:
Thank you for showing up to everything that has brought me to this moment. You guys have been the absolute best support system I could ever ask for. Yall push me to be the best version of myself that I can be. You guys never go unnoticed whenever you do anything for me. I love you guys forever.

Everyone:

I can’t put into words how much I love and respect this team. Even though we had fewer people this year, our friendships and bonds were amazing. I’m so happy I got to compete with these amazing people and I can’t wait for next year!!💗

Mini Vlog of practice today

Any tips for running handoffs?

For my main workout I ran a 300, 200, and a 100 after the main run I did some handoffs with Mason @hawkinsmason1

Then got some extra recovery by doing inflations on my legs in the trainer and grabbed a bite to eat at home.
