Life is deep…
But not that deep.
Sometimes, you’ve got to let it all slide. 🛝

Some shots from our event in London back in Feb ✨🤍

- Happy Spring Equinox - a beautiful time to plant some new seeds for the year ahead 🌱🤍✨

It’s the moment when day and night are equal length, light and dark in perfect balance. ☯️

After this, the light begins to win.
We made it. ☀️

Thank you so much @jin_rathod_imagery 📸

You’ve all been asking about the -110 degrees so…

Come with us to @coolzoone.madeira - Longevity Center ❄️

1. Liquid Oxygen
We begin with oxygen because it is life’s primary fuel. By flooding your system with pure ionized oxygen, your cells produce more energy, your brain clears, and your skin glows. You start the loop switched on from the inside.

2. 4D Body Scan
Before transformation, you need awareness. The scan maps posture, circulation, and metabolism with precision - showing where energy flows and where it’s blocked. Knowing your baseline means every step after is targeted to your body’s real needs.

3. Lymphatic Flow System
Detox is essential for renewal. This unique pressure-wave therapy pumps your lymphatic system, flushing toxins, reducing swelling, and strengthening immunity. Without clearing waste, the body can’t regenerate, this is why flow comes before light and cold.

4. Light Tunnel
Cells need light to heal.
• Red light activates repair and collagen.
• Blue light reduces inflammation and balances sleep cycles.
• Green light calms the nervous system and restores emotional balance.
• Infrared heat penetrates deeply to improve circulation and flexibility.

This step primes your biology, setting the stage for deep cellular regeneration.

5. Cryotherapy Chamber
Cold is the reset button. At -110°C, your body responds with powerful survival mechanisms: inflammation drops, metabolism spikes, fat-burning activates, and endorphins flood your system. Unlike an ice bath that shocks only the surface, cryo penetrates deeper into the cells and works faster. It’s the difference between dipping your toes in cold water and stepping into a whole-body upgrade.

6. Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
We went back for more…. oxygen under pressure. HBOT forces oxygen deep into your blood, plasma, and tissues 3–5x more than normal breathing. Why? Because oxygen heals, rewires the brain, and regenerates the body at the deepest level. You leave fully recharged, repaired, and renewed.

The girls amazing skin & energy here should tell you all you need to know about if this craziness works…

Just a short explanation to the why…. For all of those of you who were asking! #Biohacking
