It’s strange how you don’t realize you’re living the “lasts” until they’re already becoming memories. I think a part of me knew this summer would be different, but I never realized just how hard it would be to say goodbye. Somewhere between the spontaneous plans, line dancing , late-night drives, sunsets, coffee runs, and all the little moments in between, these people became such a big part of my heart. This summer reminded me that home isn’t always a place sometimes it’s the people who make you laugh until your stomach hurts, celebrate the little wins, and make ordinary moments feel unforgettable. As we all leave for college and step into completely different chapters, I’m realizing how much I’m going to miss the comfort of having everyone so close. It’s exciting, but it’s also bittersweet. I don’t know what the next few months will look like, and if I’m honest, that scares me a little. But I know these friendships and these memories are something I’ll carry with me wherever life takes me. To everyone in this photo dump: thank you for making this summer feel so full. Thank you for giving me a season I’ll look back on years from now with the biggest smile. No matter how many miles are between us, you’ll always be part of a chapter that changed me for the better. Here’s to growing, cheering each other on from afar, and believing that this isn’t the end just the beginning of something new. See you later, summer. I’ll miss you more than you know. 🤍☀️
