What an unexpected blessing this summer has been! I’m incredibly thankful for the opportunity to serve as the youth intern at First Baptist Weatherford.

From Kids Camp, Falls Creek, and Super Summer to teaching on Sundays and Wednesdays, I’ve been blessed with so many opportunities to see God at work. Getting to know the students, building relationships with them, and serving alongside an amazing group of leaders has been one of the biggest blessings of this summer.
I’m very thankful for how the Lord has used me and allowed me to take part in his work! I’m leaving this summer very encouraged, challenged, and even more excited to walk by him as the college year starts! He has shown his providence day in and day out, answered prayers, and guided my path. This season will not be one very easily forgotten.

“So neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God who gives the growth.”
- 1 Corinthians 3:7
