I am so unbelievably blessed to have been apart of the Fort Zumwalt Girls Golf Team. As I close out this chapter of my life I want to thank my family and coaches who believed in me when I didn’t, so thank you Dad, Mom, Coach Harshman, and Coach Mahler. I got the honor of spending two out of the four years , my sophomore and senior year, at State and wouldn’t have it any other way. Both times I got to walk with Coach Mahler, someone who knew what I needed. Both times at State he knew how to cheer me up after the bad holes , so to that, I am thankful to have him walk by my side. All four years the teams were awesome, but this years was my favorite. Could be because it’s my last, but I think it’s because I got to play alongside my sister. I am incredibly proud of her and I can’t wait to see where she goes. I am thankful for all of the memories and friendships that will last and I can’t wait to see where this team goes!
