Picture this,

You spend a week in paradise working out in a fully equipped gym, doing yoga overlooking the ocean, leaning to surf, dancing on a boat, exploring near by towns, and taking time for yourself…

all while staying in luxury accommodations, and meeting cool new people from around the world 🌎

You take care of your body, your mind, your self.
You return home feeling refreshed and inspired.
You wonder why you don’t do this more often.

Winter is around the corner. Make sure to schedule time for you. Taking care of yourself is productive, don’t wait until you’re burnt to take the rest you deserve.

Only $350 secures your spot on our January 2027 Nicaragua luxury fitness retreat.

💬 There are 5 key areas I’m going to tackle during this “6 Month Experiment.” And one of them is my relationships: social life, dating life, family life. And a big area I know already needs improvement is building routines and systems in my life that allow for time to just go out and “exist.” No agenda, no goals, just go out solely to frolic, play, and BE with people.

I know especially for my fellow singles sometimes we lose hope we’ll ever meet our person in the wild, but I think tonight was a great example that you absolutely still can! 🤭

What’s something fun that you love to do or want to do (has to be OUTSIDE your house lol) that you can commit to doing at least once in August? Give me some inspiration! ⬇️

Euro Summer on a Catamaran 🤌🏻✨⛵️🌞🩵

What a gift this last month has given me 🩵

I always feel so overwhelmed by all the love shared and memories made on these retreats. Every time I take away something new; this summer I centered my trip around connection…

Connection to myself, connection to my practice, and connection to those around me.

This was the first time I booked out my retreat to the point that I did not have a room! Me sleeping on the nets of the catamaran meant 8 amazing girls could experience the world, so I wouldn’t have done it any other way.

I am an introverted extrovert, I love people and I love connecting but I’ve always needed my own space to recharge. This trip, my “space” was non-existent. I was sharing bathrooms and going to “bed” only when everyone else did. But I was also sleeping under the stars, and waking up to the sun…

I joked about being “one with the boat” by the second week, but I really was! I was on my phone less, I was soaking up stillness and silence more…

My 20 minutes of alone time was waking up to the sunrise or going to bed counting the stars; and that recharged me far more than 2 hours of doom scrolling behind a closed door ever has.

I preach to my students that we never grow without a little discomfort, and this year I got to practice what I preached!

I got to experience pure moments of connection to my mind, my breath, my students, and nature. And I came out the other side feeling more connected, tuned in, tapped in, and recharged than ever.

And honestly? I wouldn’t change a thing.
