Meet Charlie.

When she first started, she wasn’t lacking ability —
she was lacking belief.

Long hours.
No time for herself.
Social plans every week — and a brain that never slowed down.

She told me, “I just don’t think I can do it.”
And I said, “You don’t have to believe it yet — just start.”

Week by week, she showed up.
Some days were ugly.
Some weeks didn’t go to plan.
But she kept going when she could’ve easily stopped.

And this is what that looks like —
5kg down, but confidence improved as hell.
A woman who finally sees what she’s capable of.

Charlie — you’ve been through the highs, the lows, the chaos…
and still came out the other side stronger than ever.

You should be unbelievably proud of yourself.
Because I sure as hell am.
