Concrete pavers, Travertine, or Porcelain—if you had an open budget for your backyard remodel, which one are you picking?
They all serve a purpose here in the valley:

Concrete pavers handle heavy vehicles and keep costs down.

Travertine is the classic Arizona pool deck standard because it won’t fry your feet in July. (But it is still hot!)

And Porcelain is the ultra-modern, high-dollar trend everyone is obsessing over for that Pinterest checkerboard look.

Most homeowners make the mistake of picking for looks instead of how they actually use the yard.

Let’s hear it in the comments: Are you Team Travertine for the cool pool deck, or Team Porcelain for the modern vibe?

Or, if you are feeling a little wild, mix the type of material for an even deeper, detailed yard. Ask us how!

How to maximize a small backyard without turning it into a giant, boring stone slab.

When square footage is tight, paving over the whole yard with plain stone makes it feel like an airport runway. Here is how we broke up this small footprint while keeping maximum usable patio space:

Turf Inlay Bands: Crisp artificial grass ribbons break up the travertine pads into distinct design zones.

Integrated Steppers: Travertine stepping pads off the sliding door draw your eye cleanly across the courtyard.

Perimeter Gravel Border: Dark crushed rock along the walls adds color depth and handles water drainage.

Vertical Greenery: Wall trellises bring green foliage up high without eating away precious ground space.

Every home begins with a strong foundation. 🏡

Today, we had the privilege of pouring the foundation for a new home. Laying the groundwork for something that will one day become a place filled with memories, family, and love.

But beyond the concrete, there’s a greater foundation that reminds us what truly matters.

“Therefore everyone who hears these words of mine and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock.”
— Matthew 7:24 NIV 🙏

Just as a home needs a solid foundation, our lives need Jesus Christ.

Thank You, Lord, for allowing us to be part of bringing visions to life. All glory to God.

Built on the Rock. Built to last.

Sometimes, all you need is a little faith, a little perseverance, and the willingness to keep going when you can’t yet see the outcome.

The process doesn’t always make sense while you’re living through it. Some seasons are meant to build your character, strengthen your discipline, and prepare you for what’s ahead.

Progress may feel slow. The results may feel distant. But every step, every setback, every long day, and every moment you chose not to quit is becoming part of the bigger picture.

Confía en el proceso.
Poco a poco. Paso a paso. 🇲🇽

Trust the timing.
Trust the work.
Trust yourself enough to keep going.

Because sometimes the process isn’t delaying you…
it’s preparing you.

One day, you’ll look back and realize that every step was necessary.

Keep showing up. Keep believing. Keep building.

Trust the process. 🏗️
Hard work always pays off.

It’s often the little things done right, that make the biggest difference.

This yard wanted a new yard- but the catch?
No masonry, no shade structures.

Just details. We paired up a solider style midnight border; with large format Sonoran gray; curves, and the results speak for themselves..
