I spent hours with my best friend on a call a few days ago and realized how much we’d missed talking, I mean real deep! This is despite us catching up via calls and chats every now and then oh.

If I asked you to check your phone contacts right now, you probably have 1k++, but how many of these people are your real goons, your tribe who’d notice if something were wrong without you saying a word, or show up for you when the chips are down? To parents raising children, teach your kids early that the ultimate flex is building a few healthy relationships where they can be themselves. Teach them to choose their friends wisely and protect what they share.
