Some moments stay with you forever.

Our Chief Medical Director, Dr. Morgan shares about a young girl we had the privilege of caring for in a Tarahumara housing village near Borjas.

She has been living with a serious medical condition for years, and as our team came alongside her, something happened in us too.

We were marked.
We were broken.
And we left with a deeper understanding of the heart of God.

These are the moments that make every mile, every sacrifice, and every yes worth it.

This is why we go.

And if you believe in this kind of work, we’d love to invite you to partner with MAT.

Your generosity helps us bring compassionate care, prayer, and the presence of Jesus to people and communities who need it most.

Sow into what the Lord is doing in and through MAT.

Some of the most meaningful moments happen one on one.

Sometimes ministry looks less like doing something big and more like simply being present and making space for someone to know they matter.

These are the moments we treasure with our unhoused friends during mobile clinic outreach. The moments where dignity is restored, hearts open, and the love of Jesus becomes deeply personal.

“Rejoice with those who rejoice; mourn with those who mourn.”
—Romans 12:15

This last week, we returned to the streets.

Back to familiar faces.
Back to meaningful conversations.
Back to serving, praying, listening, and loving our friends at SoupMobile.

There is something powerful about returning to the same place again and again. Trust grows. Relationships deepen. People become more than names or needs, they become friends.

We’re grateful for every opportunity to come near, offer care with dignity, and carry the presence of Jesus into the places He has called us.

“Let all that you do be done in love.”
—1 Corinthians 16:14

From start to finish, this trip was special. What an honor it was to serve for the third time in Mexico with @medicalartsteam. Each time I’ve gone back, we’ve grown in depth with the kids at @our_surrendered_lives and the Lord has unlocked a little bit more of His heart for Mexico to us.

I will never forget all that the team and I got to be entrusted with. Such an incredible privilege to love those who Jesus loves and prays for daily. These memories with this incredible team are forever etched into my mind and heart. 🤍

Sundays on the Street.

There’s something special about these moments.

We have the privilege of showing up... not with all the answers, but with open hands, listening ears, and hearts ready to love.

We come to pray.
We come to serve.
We come to build relationships.

Over time, familiar faces become friends, conversations grow deeper, and trust begins to flourish.

This is the beauty of consistent presence.

What an honor it is to serve our unhoused neighbors and witness His love at work on the streets of Dallas.

“Let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth.”
—1 John 3:18

2016 Louis Roederer Cristal

It lives up to its namesake, crystal clear. Weightless, youthful, deeply complex, yet intensely precise. White flowers, jasmine tea, peaches, and green mangoes on the nose. Soaring, mouth watering acidity, supported by flinty, crushed limestone minerality. Supporting brioche tones, and some honeyed golden apple shone through after some time in the glass. Even 10 years in, I feel like deeper, more enticing plushness and complexity will be revealed in the next 20 or so. Worth the price? Right now, yes. In a couple decades? Absolutely yes. Enjoyed with family and friends in celebration

For the one.

In the middle of the crowd, the clinic, the outreach
He always stops for the one.

The one in front of Him. The one overlooked. The one in need.

And as we follow His lead, we do the same.
Pausing. Sitting. Listening. Caring.

Because love isn’t rushed.
And ministry isn’t measured by numbers, but by obedience.

“The shepherd leaves the ninety-nine… and goes after the one.”
(Luke 15:4)

“...he had compassion, went to him, and cared for him... go and do likewise.”
(Luke 10:33–34,37)

It takes a village.

Behind every clinic, every moment of care, every life touched, there’s a team saying yes.

From providers to intercessors,
from setup to cleanup,
from prayer to presence—
each person carries a part of the mission.

“For just as each of us has one body with many members… so in Christ we, though many, form one body.”
(Romans 12:4–5)

And together, we become the hands and feet of Jesus.

Here, near, and far.

Meet Eugene and Ivy Chua, along with two of their three boys. The founding family of the Medical Arts Team.

Husband and wife. Parents.
A family on mission.

What began with a simple “yes” has grown into a community of people serving, loving, and showing up for the least of these.

Here, near, and far. 🤍

We brought the tabernacle to the streets.

This past Sunday, we gathered under the 45 overpass in Dallas where we met our homeless and unhoused neighbors right where they are at.

And as the fragrance of worship filled the air, His presence was so tangible, moving among us as we cared for our neighbors.

Through our mobile clinic, we served 20+ patients, tending to physical needs while creating space for something deeper: connection, dignity, and encounter.

We’ll be back again next month and we already have 18 patients who registered to come see us. The need is so great.

Sign up today on our volunteer hub, VOMO, to serve and be the hands and feet of Jesus along side us.

“Why do you seek the living among the dead? He is not here, but has risen.” — Luke 24:5–6

Today we remember, we celebrate, and we stand in awe.

The empty tomb changed everything.
And that same resurrection power is still at work today bringing life, healing, and restoration.

Happy Easter from our MAT family to yours 🤍

None of this happens alone.

Every life touched, every moment of healing, every story of hope is because of people like you.

At MAT, we’re honored to steward this work, but it’s our partners who make it possible. Together, we are bringing care to the overlooked, the underserved, and the nations.

If you’ve been impacted by this mission or feel stirred to be part of it, we’d love to invite you in.

All gifts are tax deductible and you can give through the link in our bio, or donate stocks by reaching out to info@medicalartsteam.org for more information.

Thank you for building with us; here, near, and far.
