For Filipino American History Month, we’re celebrating the stories, experiences and legacies that shape our communities. 🇵🇭💛

Maria’s journey through community college and the path she’s helped create for her children is a reminder that community college can be more than a starting point. It can be a bridge to new opportunities, exploration and a future in higher education.

Her hope? To make education a lasting legacy and inspire the next generation to pursue their goals through community college and beyond. ✨

“Ah, little rose, how easy for such as thee to die!” 🌹

🎵 This Little Rose - William Roy (Emily Dickinson)

I performed this piece for my Spring 2026 Debut Applied Music Concert at @choosecrc. I really enjoyed learning this song and the meaning behind it. The text serves as a reminder about the fragility of life.

You can watch this whole performance following the link in my bio, hope you enjoy!

We Will Not Be Erased. 🗣️❤️‍🔥

@choosecrc received an AANAPISI grant funding in 2021 and supported the establishment of APIDA Hawks Center in the Fall of 2022. Our journey since the beginning has been full of growth, laughter, success, and love. While the AANAPISI Grant funding is ending, the journey doesn't stop here. APIDA Hawks is proud to continue serving AANHPI and other CRC students. 🫶👩‍🎓👨‍🎓
