Nourish your body with healthy foods, drink plenty of water, and move your body for at least 30 minutes each day! 3. FELLOWSHIP
Stay connected to godly community. Encourage others, join the bible studies & discussions at @chosengirlsco and make time for fellowship! 4. PURPOSE + STEWARDSHIP
Spend at least 30 minutes being intentional with what God has given you! Our purpose, gifts, finances, home or responsibilities! CONSISTENCY OVER PERFECTION!! If you miss a day, just keep going. Share moments from your journey and tag @chosengirlsco so we can cheer you on and repost🎀

HOLY GIRL HABITS 2.0🎀 new season & new habits🤍 September to December we’re building the life God’s called us to! SAVE this for when you need the reminder. “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.” Matthew 6:33 AM ROUTINE⛅️ how you start your morning sets the tone for your whole day. before the phone, before the noise. meet with Him first! TEMPLE CARE🍓🍉 your body is a temple, treat it like one. move it, feed it well, let it rest. this is stewardship, not vanity. "Do you not know that your bodies are a temple of the Holy Spirit? therefore honor God with your bodies.” 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 PM ROUTINE💤 your evenings are just as sacred as your mornings. wind down with intention, not with your phone. HOLY GIRL HABITS🎀 EP. 5 girlll aren’t you tired of carrying everything alone? the older i get, the more i realize: we weren’t made to do life alone! Proverbs 27:17 says, “as iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” AND trust me, i’ve been there. i thought i could do everything on my own and convinced myself that isolation was easier but there’s a difference between solitude and isolation. Jesus spent time alone with the Father, but He also spent time in community. 1 Timothy 2:1–2 ✨ — Observations • Paul begins with prayer: “supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks.” • The scope keeps widening → “for all men.” • Prayer is specifically mentioned for “kings, and for all that are in authority.” • The purpose is striking: → “that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life” → marked by godliness and honesty. • There is a repeated movement from prayer → people → peace → godly living. • The passage doesn't tell believers to pray only for people they agree with or people they like. The instruction is broad: all people, including those in authority. • Prayer isn't presented as passive. It is connected with the kind of life believers are meant to live. DAY 30/30 FINISHED🎀 WOW what a journey y'all?! over 500 women joined our @chosengirlsco group as we completed 30 days?! Let's take a look at some of our favourite moments of our chosen girls...🥹💖 Huge congrats to Joi WOW🥹🤍shes learned that it’s okay to have low days and that modifying instead of quitting is still a win. And she made it clear: she’s not going anywhere. This is just the beginning👏🏾 Yauna reminded us that God isn’t asking for perfect, He’s asking for present. Even on the hard days, she keeps showing up and that’s exactly what this community is built on💗 Meet Cailey keeping it real! No perfection required just consistency! AMEN That’s the whole point☺️🤍 Give it up for Brynn ladies!! A full morning🥹 pilates, a walk, @modiarypod podcast, a homemade gluten free dinner, work and still made time for her Bible. Proof that a full life and a faithful one aren’t opposites📖💖 WOW Look at Aline go🥹🤍5:30am wake-up, 45-minute workout, a weighted walk soaked in worship music. Now she’s chasing 10K steps with a clean breakfast already in hand?! This is what showing up for yourself looks like☀️ This is Emilee & she’s not playing around👏🏾🤍Up at 5:30, 3.8 miles walked, bible study finished before her day even started. She’s currently deep in Romans and Galatians AMAZINGG! steady & consistent Say hi to Simmz🥹🤍Full day of work, and she still made time for God on both ends of it, thanking Him first thing in the morning and closing the day with devotion. This is what discipline with a grateful heart looks like✨ Meet Aleece! she chose God before she chose anything else today. Prayer, a workout, a walk all before most people are even out of bed.!! She’s walking in gratitude for the freedom and giving God the glory for it.
