Haven’t been happy with my lifts lately but after a mock meet Saturday of squatting benching and deadlifting today my coach @coringa_at_ironlife_ had me pull for a Pr. I didn’t feel 100% but I pulled 545lbs off the ground even though it was a failed attempt I was surprised it even broke the floor and this was on a stiff bar! Really excited about the rest of the week for my lifts! #fitness #strongman #fun #determined #powerlifting #passion #fit #deadlifts #cerberusstrength #cerberusstrengthusa

Hell of a Saturday, yesterday got 250lbs stone over bar, and benched 345lbs- yes forms bad and butts up but it was definitely an ego lift. Second video is one of the 20 fails before I got the stone if you listen closely there’s a nice surprise for ya🤣. Thanks to @toned_fitness1 for the motivational talk. And thanks to @coringa_at_ironlife_ for coaching me the last few weeks I’ve learned so much, if you want to be better always have an open mind to learning or you won’t get better. #knowledge #farts #fitness #strongman #powerlifting #strong #ironlifeathletics #fun #lifestyle #animalpak #universalnutrition #benchpress #stones #fight

6 weeks to superhero, learning a new program. This is 1 of 5 sets
1-5 reps of partial reps 335lbs
225lbs 5-10 reps
Back supported dumbells 15 reps per arm piston presses.
Then tire toss battle
We only got a break after the tire toss. You do this for 5 sets. One of the best training days in awhile. Thanks to @ironlifeathletics and coach @coringa_at_ironlife_ I’ve been learning a lot from this man. Oh and don’t mind the camera angles @chosenguns couldn’t find my face 😂😂 #fit #training #fun #lifestyle #animalpak #iron #strongman #powerlifting #beastmode #strong #power #motivate #sports

Crazy training day hit two PRs
505lbs on deadlifts
359lbs on husafell (didn’t quite get it but it still counts in my book)😂 So many people don’t chase their dreams. Don’t be the person who doesn’t chase their dreams, it may be scary but it’s rewarding! Had fun training husafell with @chosenguns, and deadlifts with @toned_fitness1 we push each other to be better everyday. If your crew doesn’t go hard like this then better find a new crew! #lift #fitness #passion #heart #mycrew #strongman #powerlifting #strong #beast #husafell #fullsterkur #hardcore

Finally in the 600lb pull club as I promised myself I would be before the year ends (cutting it really close lol)! The Whiskey and deadlift party at @perfectstormhardcoregym was an absolute blast! After seeing the magnificent lifts of my friends at the 100% Raw powerlifting meet only a few hours prior I simply had to move something heavy myself! Had to use straps cause my hand tore open on the previous 6 plate rep (which I'll post to my story). 405 bench I'm coming for you next! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- DM/Email me for inquires on personal training or fitness programming!
