🌳 Temos uma equipa nova, mas essência, essa permanece nos nossos princípios, na nossa prática e nas nossas ações;

🌳 Setembro traz sempre novos desafios, novas famílias, novas crianças. É uma (re)adaptação para todos!

🌳 Tudo é mais fácil quando caminhamos juntos, quando nos sentamos em grande roda e começamos um novo capítulo, quando acreditamos, cooperamos e preparamos juntos este tempo a que chamamos de (re)adaptação)

Obrigada a Todos pelas horas que passamos Juntos na Floresta a preparar algo que foi tão especial para as nossas crianças!

Ein Baby zu bauen ist eine wahnsinnige Leistung unseres Körpers! Für die eine beschwerlicher, für die andere weniger. Aber es bleibt ein Marathon, den wir neben all den anderen Dingen im Leben meistern.
Mich macht das ehrfürchtig. Mich strengt es an. Und ich zähle die letzten Wochen, dass unser zweites Regenbogen Baby zu uns kommt. Das Gefühl, wenn sie da ist, lässt mich die Übelkeit hinnehmen, die schlaflosen Nächte akzeptieren und den schmerzenden Bauch mitfühlend mit Öl streicheln. Es lässt mich weiter nach kleinen Momenten der Leichtigkeit suchen, auch wenn ich mich schwer fühle.

Ich freue mich unendlich über unsere zweite Tochter und gleichzeitig merke ich, wie sehr mich die Schwangerschaft einnimmt. Und ja, beides darf da sein. Ich finde es wichtig auch darüber zu reden - denn für mich sind diese Monate sehr besonders, einzigartig und krass - aber nicht glamourös, schimmernd und leicht. Und gerade weil meine Bilder das nicht zeigen, will ich es euch so klar sagen.

Und damit Chapeau an alle Mamas ❤️ ihr seid so stark!

Beyond thankful for everyone showing up for a memorable birthday. I’m not usually one to celebrate much but it was 5 years on since the picture in slide 2 and since then we’ve made new friends, a bunch of kids have joined the gang, new dogs, new partners and more so thought it a great moment to get everyone together.
That was one for the books, thanks @mareike.weaver for getting the weekend running smooth and of course @yves.garneau for taking one for the team on camera duty 📸

Blessing way 💐

Memories from a very special day in my life. The blessing for baby Solvei and me as a second time mom. If it’s one thing I’ve learned about motherhood it’s that a supportive community makes the whole difference. Being surrounded by other mothers and women who understand this transition has been and is so valuable to me 🌺

Maybe I can inspire you to make a blessing way for your pregnant friend too. My beautiful friends planned it all without me knowing anything except the date and the group. They came to decorate my home with flowers and make a circle. They cooked delicious food. They gave me their personal blessings and advice. They led a meditation and movement session. We had cacao & they decorated my belly.

Its such a gift at the end of pregnancy when you’re starting to feel heavy, impatient, and desire to connect with your baby 🤍
