Efficiency 🔑

How quickly can we make the right reads…how can we be as efficient as possible with less dribbles…sometimes the work looks like this…doesn’t always have to be flashy

Continuous constraint based 2v2 optimal shooting

Drill parameters:
(1) Have 60 seconds to get as many high quality reps in as possible
(2) Defense mixes up coverage on every rep

Constraints:
(1) Can only play out of DHO or get action
(2) Only allowed to shoot 3’s & PUJ’s

Goals:
(1) Only dribble if you NEED it
(2) Score out of the action & capitalize on how defense is playing
(2) Take the first best read
(3) Get as many reps in as possible to maximize reads within 60 seconds

THIS has been and will ALWAYS be the main GOAL
•
Guide & assist our athletes to be able to perform on next level. To reach or even surpass levels that we’ve reached.
•
The only thing we can’t teach is “EFFORT LEVEL”, this is what it looks like when you put in the work regardless of your sport.
•
Keep up the great work ladies & gentlemen making your family first and most of all YOURSELF PROUD, QUALITY>Quantity
