Call me addicted because after my first @hyroxamerica with @jessiegeez, apparently I’ve decided that voluntarily paying money to suffer in public is my new personality. 🏃‍♂️💀

Huge shoutout to my @bft_carytown fam for pushing me through all the brutal workouts, convincing me I was capable of this, and being the best cheerleaders I could ask for. ❤️ You all really said “we’re going to make him HYROX-ready whether he likes it or not.”

And the BIGGEST shoutout to my lovable hubby @kyle___tucker for traveling to DC with me, watching from afar while I did every workout (while also getting his own cardio in trying to keep up with me 😂), and reminding me that Kesha was playing so I obviously needed to stop suffering and DANCE. 💃

Somehow I survived the ski erg, sleds, burpees, lunges, wall balls, and whatever fresh hell the people who invented HYROX were thinking.

And for the record: I was NOT the girl who shit herself at HYROX. 💩✨
Standards are low. Goals were met.

First HYROX: ✅
Made it out alive: ✅
Danced to Kesha: ✅
Did not shit myself: ✅
Already planning the next one: unfortunately, also ✅

This year’s pride month looked a little different! I got to celebrate my 500th class at @bft_carytown. Growing up I was a little sporty but the idea of lifting weights and working out consistently was not my vibe. Now you can find me in the gym almost every day, giving lots of sass, but also working towards my next goal, a Hyrox race in September with the one and only @jessiegeez 💜

Chrissy celebrated her 100th training session at BFT Carytown 🎉👏

Chrissy is sunshine- when she is not dancing during cardio 💃, or singing her heart out 🎶, she’s encouraging everyone around her in the studio 🤩! She works hard to refine her technique and push her capacity on resistance training days- all with a smile on her face!

She is an amazing part of our evening crew, and we love having her in the BFT Carytown fam!
