🥊🐅 MONDAY NIGHT SPARRING AT KTS 🇰🇷

Every Monday night following our 8:30 PM Dutch Kickboxing Drills!

⚔️ IRON SHARPENS IRON.

The purpose of sparring is to build each other up, not break each other down. We are here to sharpen our skills, improve our timing, develop our fight IQ, and grow stronger together as a team.

We have several fighters preparing for major title fights, so it’s especially important that we push each other while prioritizing safety, control, and respect.

🥊 REQUIRED SPARRING GEAR:

* 16 oz boxing gloves
* Mouthguard
* Shin guards
* Knee pads
* Elbow pads (for Muay Thai/Kickboxing pros)
* An open mind, humility, and willingness to learn

⚠️ CONTROL OVER EGO. Sparring is not about winning a gym war or hurting your teammates. Protect your training partners so everyone can improve, stay healthy, and fight another day.

🧼 HYGIENE IS MANDATORY!

Please shower regularly, come to class clean, and clean and disinfect your equipment before and after training. No dirty gloves, shin guards, or training clothes on our mats.

A clean dojo reflects the discipline and respect of its martial artists.

We train hard. We train smart. We protect our own.

One Team. One Family. One Mission. 🇰🇷🐅

OSU! 🥋

Why do we train? This whole thing is about power. But what is power? What does it mean? What does your power stand for? It is worthy of a life living (and dying) for? At @koreantigerstudios we dig deep and we seek that truth from the source. Thank you for your teaching @nickhemmers #life #power #wealth #spirit -intro feature @moodybagz_ representing #thebronx

Thank you, Director Phil Tan @thephiltan , for helping our Tiger Cubs with their belt testing today! 🥋🐯🙏

We invited Director Phil as our special guest Martial Arts Master to encourage and inspire our little ones—to show them what a lifetime of discipline, hard work, humility, and dedication to the martial arts can lead to.

At KTS, we’re not just teaching kids how to fight. We’re helping develop the next generation of champions, leaders, and winners in life. 🏆

The Tiger Cubs love you, Director Phil, and we hope they continue to learn from your example and dream BIG! ❤️🐯

Teaching the next generation to become a positive force for the future. 🌎
