DEMETER DESIGNS x SOILSCAPE INSTALL

This project is an expansion to an existing @demeterdesigns.ag system

Phase 2 of this buildout utilizes existing Recipe Selection Trunk Lines from the Main Fertigation Room to create this Secondary Fertigation Room that now services 4 new Cultivation Rooms at this facility.

Cutting into the Live Trunk Lines that service ~ 40K sqft of operational canopy was a challenge that required a great deal of logistics and precision execution, which we aced without a hiccup.

@imperiumcontrols Recipe Selection Vales, Recirc Valves & Zone Valves, Tank Level Sensors, pH/EC/Pressure & Temperature Sensors all wired to the @dilutionsolutions Fertigation Control Panel for a seamless and timely Full Commissioning on this system. There’s a lot more to just plumbing on these projects, and @soilscapesolutions delivers on all aspects.

Big up’s to the 💦🥋Crew, nonstop 12-14 hour days to get this project to the finish line ahead of schedule!!! #TeamIsStrong

Big ups to my man @marc.dosatron for the backend configuration of the DS Controller, with Marc’s remote assistance we got her online and communicating with the main cabinet right away. Appreciate you Marc!!!

⏱️💧 How much of your life do you spend just stirring buckets?

Hand mixing isn’t just time-consuming — it’s inconsistent. One week you’re a splash heavy on Part A, next week you undershoot the booster. Plants notice. Yields notice.

A hobby Dosatron nails it every time.

👉 Perfect ratios, automatically blended as the res fills
👉 Consistent EC + pH = consistent growth
👉 No human error, no guesswork, no yo-yoing

And the kicker? It saves time too:

👉 Mixing a 225L res by hand = ~15 mins
👉 Once a week over a 13-week cycle = 3.25 hours per crop
👉 Run 3 crops a year = ~10 hours saved
👉 Add travel time… that’s days back in your pocket

Set it, forget it, and know every mix is spot-on

There were many reasons to be a little downbeat about the state of the European industry during the first part of Q1.

What a breath of fresh air #Spannabis 2025 has been! This weekend has been filled, back to back, with high quality conversations with social clubs, medical LPs & hobbyists. The enthusiasm coming out of Germany, Malta, Portugal, Spain, the UK & Argentina was palpable.

It was great spending quality time with old friends & new. Special shout out to our local partner @hortitec_spain for hosting us & @atami.espana & @athena.ag for helping showcase our systems.

Bilbao 2026 has a high bar to reach!

Last week was surreal. Sitting on this panel of highly educated cultivators was an honor. Thanks again to @grodan101 for this amazing opportunity and to my fellow panelists for a great educational experience.
