Happy Father’s Day to the man who has been my steady anchor through life’s greatest joys and deepest heartbreaks.
It feels fitting that Father’s Day falls on International Yoga Day, because yoga is what brought us together. What started as a shared practice became a shared life, built on love, trust, resilience, and the ability to keep showing up for each other-even on the hardest days.
Watching you become a father has been one of the greatest gifts of my life. Your patience, strength, kindness, and unconditional love inspire me every day.
Thank you for walking this path beside me, for holding our family with such care, and for reminding me that love, like yoga, is a practice—a choice we make every day.
