Great private tour to celebrate #pridemonth🌈 for the staff at The General Medical Council.

The lovely group braved the drizzle/ rain and heard all of Manchester’s incredible LGBTQ history stories. What a great thing for an organisation to do for their employees. It was a time to remember, to reflect and to celebrate.

Are you a group or organisation that would benefit from your own walking tour? I can do pride walks or general history.

thank you to everyone who came to watch me talk excessively with my hands at Sale Library yesterday as part of @watersidearts_ events for @pridetrafford! 🏳️‍🌈

I love this book and it was so lovely to talk about it again after so long, to have a great chat with the excellent host @chris___hoyle about LGBTQ+ rights and just how angry is Sheldon, my very angry tortoise.

And, of course, my favourite part is always meeting people after the talk - it means so much that people are out there reading my books who then want to come and meet me and trust me with their own story too 🥹
