Let the ideas breathe.. then press the button when the elements line up.

“…On any give day” is a photographic composition expressing the emotions that many can feel in one day. The highs and lows of our society has extreme effects on how we’re feeling, one moment it’s all good , flying high. The next you could be ready to burn shit down!

Balance is key 🔑

With this series of 50 signed 18x24 photographs, I want to let my gratitude be felt to #nightoutnightoff Naniette Coleman & @ucberkeleyofficial for acquiring. 🥇

To my loved ones @keiakodama @chrisandplay @daramiis for being muses to this concept. 🏆 Of course with love to @faithjmckinnie & @blackartistfoundry ! “On any Given Day” piece was created solely to be featured in the inaugural #blackafartauction of 2024’

🙏🏿 “stay at it” -Dev ..gone till November

As a master strategist with over 20+ years of experience in education and marketing, Chris & Play is a true subject matter expert and the visionary behind two remarkable ventures—the 4 Your Epiphany Foundation, Inc. (4YE) and Top Floor Creatives (TFC).

His S.H.A.D.E.S. of Black Manhood can be displayed in the following ways:

🤴🏾: Making cultural astuteness and the style of his work is to remind others that personal vision, instincts, and desires of excellence are the roots of a black man’s wealth.

🤴🏾: Being the black sheep in all he does, his heart and gut have always been there to encourage his pursuit of excellence and the purpose to flourish!

🤴🏾:The origin for his organization, 4YourEpiphany, came from him acting upon an inner itch of serving his 9yr old self, while growing in purpose, which God has planted in him.

🤴🏾: Chris & Play is the jack of all trades and has been blessed with merging his trades, staying true to his culture (values, norms and beliefs) has allowed him to present himself in a multilingual fashion, meaning he weaves knowledge and speaks the language of branding, communication, and education in all that he does.

🤴🏾: Being relentless with his purpose is key! Flowers always come before the fruit, and child-like dreams are huge!

🤴🏾: With him dropping out of school in 4th grade, he stood on his story of resilience and greatness, to move past his fears and become an expert in his craft!

🤴🏾: Like always Chris & Play has sought out to put his lessons into practice and is totally dedicated to sharing his techniques with those who are following their goals to become the best versions of themselves.

Sacramento is primed to be a hub of creativity and creative entrepreneurship 👏 we are lucky to have worked with so many of the city’s best and brightest in our very first Sacramento Innovation Challenge! Check out this mini documentary alum @3_lopezfilms made about the challenge!

The numbers don’t lie— 100% of the Challenge participants reported feeling more confident in growing their business, and 92% said the program increased their familiarity with innovating in their creative industry! We were awestruck by their sense of community and the positive impact they are already spreading in Sacramento. Read the full report through the link in our bio!

None of this would be possible without our sponsors at @saccityarts and our partners at @unseenheroeshq and @cltreclub! Check out the video tags to view a few of the program alumni as well!
