Celebrated my 40th spin around our sun by acquiring an old car… and officially adopting this lil doggo that turned up on our land, she’s called Nabia! 🙂

Had an excellent week of celebrations with family and friends, which is what it’s all about! Feeling highly blessed - and currently my back and knees are still functioning, so been 40 is great thus far 🙏🏼✨ #maisde40

2025… what a journey.

This is what work, life, play, and devotion to joy actually look like. I wanted to build a life where if I died tomorrow I could say I truly lived… I overflowed… I experienced… I loved. And I did.

This year I bathed outdoors in the woods with my friends… swam off Greek beaches… clapped until my heart burst for my sister… frolicked through fields like a fairy… rode camels… taught hundreds of humans how to come home to their sensual bodies… travelled to nine countries… awakened people into their delicious mmm factor… fed my friends LOADS of chocolate… and yes… I even flogged bums in a castle outside of Paris.

These people… this heart… this life… they have made my world remarkable.
To irrational yes. To wild yes. To soul yes.

So deeply grateful for all the darlings in my life! You know who you are & I completely adore you… if you’re in my video - it means I want more of you in 2026 🫶🏼👑✨

A little glimpse of our candle-lit singing circle fundraising for Palestine – voices around a beautiful Day-of-the-Dead inspired alter, singing together, our hearts in unison.

Together we raised over £900 (with Gift Aid) for @amos_trust’s Gaza Appeal.

These circles are always so tender and alive. If you like community singing, follow along – we host them regularly and they’re always lovely. 🕯️

“My heart is open to the outpourings of heavenly grace.” 🌹

So lovely to co-facilitate the singing with @poppysacredsongs as always! Thanks to @perezzarate for the amazing bass and Day of the Dead Ceremony! And thanks to @chrisehardy for lovely percussion and to @lioba_fezer_wellbeing - the driving force behind it all - our 4th one so far! And thanks for your beautiful song and this video @julieabbemusic 💗

We have an instinct to go to nature when we need to feel better. 🌳

To feel restful. 🛌

To escape the chatter of life.

By exercising in more natural environments we create a distraction - a positive one - from daily stresses, creating a sense of calm, returning us to our default, non-stressed state. 🧘

Being outside also allows us to bask in a photon shower - a burst of natural light - essential for resetting our circadian rhythm, putting us back in sync with nature.

Ready to reconnect?

🌳 Here at Bahé, we make barefoot shoes, boots, and sandals that bring you closer to the earth. Discover the benefits of earthing and grounding with our innovative designs.

✨️Last week I celebrated my birthday and created an altar for our singing circle...made with selenite sticks, quartz, shells, stones and lichen. It held a beautiful space for us, and a few friends said it was their favourite ✨️

Thank you to everyone who made my birthday celebrations so special, here’s to another spin around the sun! ✨💗 ✨

My favourite natural medicines 🤝🎶 🍃☀️🎨

Community, connection, music, nature, sunshine and creativity… are some of the most powerful prescriptions I can ever give myself, loved ones or clients.

These moments when I feel plugged in to something a whole lot bigger than me, when all the mind chatter goes quiet and the all pains and processes of this human life feel worth it - this is the kind of medicine I want to share.

Huge thanks to @freya_mcfarlane @osarasound and @cat.duval for hosting such a magical co-creation weekend, all the other amazing humans that helped organise, everyone for supporting my current accessibility needs, especially @shaftuddin for getting me there 💕 and the Temple Farm space for holding us.

As I prepare for surgery and several more months of a very adapted lifestyle, this weekend gave me so much of the nourishment I needed… and I know this feeling was unanimous, as we are all always moving through something. ❤️

Magic can happen when we collaborate… let’s keep doing it ✨

🌸🌸🌸
Still glowing from a weekend of sunshine, laughter, and love at Temple Farm with the most beautiful bunch of humans.
🌸🌸🌸
We gathered in nature, co-created magic, and shared meals, a sensual feast with a touch of Alice in Wonderland, stories, rituals, songs, and so much joy. A true celebration of the senses and the soul. Deep gratitude for the vision, the invitation, and to every radiant soul who brought their gifts, their hearts, and their wild creative spirit.
🌸🌸🌸
From sunset singing to cabaret, fortune-telling, whimsical voyages into the unknown, this was community at its most alive, its most magical.
🌸🌸🌸
Thank you for holding me so gently in my vulnerability. My heart is full. 💛
🌸🌸🌸
Here’s to version 2.0 — may the magic continue…
