It’s GSD day inside SCM.

A full morning to afternoon carved out to work on the business, not just in it. In person. No distractions, getting shiz done (GSD)

No half-listening to a Zoom call while replying to client messages.
Getting in a room with other coaches changes how you think, and how fast you move. The questions that’ve been sitting in your head for weeks and answered in minutes. The tasks that usually get bumped to “next week”? Done before lunch.

Today was very focused on custom lead gen tools and systems.
 Opening up tools such as Manus and how things have shifted now. The days of recipe books and guides to calories are long gone.

These aren’t It’s open to the public. Just part of what our coaches get inside SCM, and a big reason they don’t feel like they’re doing this alone.

It’s an idea I’ve had for a while but didn’t have the location to make it happen. Now courtesy of @workshopampthill I do, it means I’m looking to run these monthly alongside our quarterly Incubator days.

Yesterday was our quarterly SCM Incubator meet-up.

A full day of getting shiz done, drinking Monster, and inhaling the famous @find.ampthill sandwiches.
Oh yeahhh 😎

Admittedly, these meet-ups are hardly the size of 2012 BodyPower.
I don’t fill out halls…
I don’t hire any entertainers..
And I don’t give away plaques, trophies or swords for hitting a particular income goal 🤢

But these meet-ups do have one thing:
High-quality coaches!

I don’t just mean coaches who earn more than £10K per month, either.
Some do, don’t get me wrong.
But others are quite happy cruising at £4-6K.
While others are quickly heading towards their first £3K month.

But despite what their Stripe account says, they all have one thing in common:

They’re ruthlessly invested in helping their clients

You know, the whole job of a coach 😉

Unfortunately, the art of coaching tends to get overlooked for shiny marketing tactics.

Even mentors who preach about being a good coach spend all day talking about funnels, content strategies, and copywriting.

None of them bother with things like GLP-1s, designing and helping clients with disordered eating.
But we do.

Yesterday, we have discussions on the latest GLP-1 updates coaches need to know about and the bottom-up and top-down drivers of disordered eating.

That’s on top of the talks around AI, building a biz with a small following and how to get clients by talking to strangers.

So the coaches will not only come away knowing how to attract more clients…

But with the skills to help those clients once they’re on board.
