By no means all inclusive, but here’s a dump of some of the places, people, and experiences that made up the last 9 months of my life. Choir of Man, you’ll always have a very special place in my heart ❤️

And that’s a wrap on my first contract with The Choir of Man as The Beast. 🍻

It’s been a crazy experience, meeting some fantastic people, seeing incredible places, becoming part of a group that’s been through so much together and getting to perform in a dream show. I’m incredibly grateful for everything this experience has brought me and for the people who made it what it was.

Being able to share my last week with my brother meant the world to me, especially as it was probably the toughest and most emotional one.

Leaving with a lot of memories, a lot of gratitude, and a little piece of The Jungle with me. ❤️

DM us “CALL” for a FREE 30-minute discovery call to see how we can help you.

And even if you don’t sign up, we’ll give you 3 things you can implement straight away.

Chris started working with us over two years ago after feeling like his training just wasn’t translating to what he was doing on stage.

Since then, he’s:
* Completed multiple half marathons
* Hit new 10K PBs
* Benched 100kg
* Improved his flexibility and injury resilience
* Successfully trained through multiple contracts, including 42nd Street and Choir of Man

This is exactly what performer-specific training should do - help you build a body that’s ready for the demands of your career.

DM “CALL” to book your free enquiry call and let’s see how we can help you.

I made it to The Jungle! 🍻

It’s hard to find the words to describe what I’m feeling right now. I’ve been wanting to be part of this show for years, and it honestly feels like a dream to finally be here and become part of this incredible family.

In such a short time, I’ve met some truly amazing people, created so many special memories, and experienced moments I’ll carry with me for a long time.

A huge thank you to @dobcasting and @creativestudiosbynclh for the opportunity and for trusting me with this. I’m forever grateful. ❤️🍻

247 days at sea 🌊
3 installs
3 ridiculously talented casts
1 chaotic scenic load out & load in

…and somehow a whole lifetime lived in between.

The laughs? UNREAL.
The tears? Oh they showed up… but so did the growth.
The people? Completely changed me.

So much culture, so much growth, so many “is this really my life??” moments.

The food? Elite. 🇲🇽
My sleep schedule? A suggestion at best.
The Starbucks? Never enough…

And of course…
If you know, you know—
“Standby LX, sound… and me holding it together on vibes alone.” 🎭

247 days of learning, unlearning, growing, breaking, and becoming someone I’m genuinely proud of.

Walking away fuller, softer, stronger… and just a little bit funnier (debatable).

Here’s to the next one🥂

TESTIMONIAL - CHRIS GRAY ⬇️

It’s an absolute pleasure working with Chris and watching his progress week after week over the last couple of years.

Seeing him head into new contracts with a real sense of confidence in his body and abilities is exactly what this is all about.

Here’s what Chris had to say about working with P2P:

“I’ve found a new lease of life inside the gym as learning Olympic Lifting has kept the workouts fun, and I have much more energy outside of the gym with all the nutrition and recovery advice both from the app and from Ben directly in our check-ins.

I love how the program is catered to the work and lifestyle of a performer, so I can make progress without having to spend 2+ hrs in the gym, 6 days a week.

I am so impressed by the amount of thought and detail put into the training. From each and every exercise laid out plainly to the nutrition side of things, Ben and Darcy have created a training programme well worth every penny.

10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for an online personal trainer, especially performers.”

One of the biggest shifts we made early on was moving away from a more traditional bodybuilding-style programme to something far more functional and performer-specific - focusing on strength, stamina, explosive power and flexibility.

Since then, the progress has been unreal:
* Half marathons completed
* 10K PBs
* 100kg bench press
* Introducing Olympic lifting
* Successfully managing training through multiple contracts like 42nd Street and Choir of Man

This is what happens when training is built for the performer.
