This was the blueprint for all the food content you see now days. My man @bambambaklava had the vision early! I can never thank him enough for taking me @bigbodybesnyc & @meyhemlauren on the ride. I never knew when we were filming, we were really a family just doing what we would do on any given day. So many legendary trips , food, laughs and memories. And thanks to @chrisgrosso & the rest of the team for always making us look good. FUCK THATS DELICIOUS will live forever.

For the past couple weeks, I have been burdened by the leg of a salted hog in Spain. It’s been great but I’m in dire need of fiber and a leafy green. On my flight home, @aaronemeza hit me up to have dinner with @chrisgrosso who so happened to be on the same flight…Saved by an angel. We ended up eating at @ntmrkt in Venice, a cozy Thai restaurant with a modern pov. The food is diabolically great. Plates came flying in from every direction. Fried chicken with smokey chilis. The crispy rice salad and wagyu beef Thai salad hit like Barry Bonds on the juice. So many layers of flavor in every dish. My favorite dish was this lil humble pork jowl… grilled crisp and served with a spicy vinegar. You are what you eat…Link of the year and will punch again.

Fuck Ur Pizza 🍕

Crazy how things come full circle. I started by watching Pizza With Frank, and now I'm lucky enough to be part of an episode with @bestpizza33

Huge thank you to @chrisgrosso . I've admired your work on @fckthatsdelicious for years, so getting to work with you and your crew was a real privilege.

Big thanks to @gozney too. This whole journey started for me with a Roccbox, so this one means a lot.

And finally, thank you Carl. Believing in me, giving me the opportunity to be part of @crisppizzaw6 & @themarlboroughmayfair , and trusting me to help look after one of the maddest pizza spots in the world has already helped me achieve more than I ever imagined.
London's Calling. Out tomorrow. 🍕🖤
