Starting April 7th, we’re launching our PEAK Fit Junior 8-week program for kids ages 11–14 — and if this video is any indication… the future is STRONG. 💪

Here’s Andrew (11) absolutely crushing drills with Coach Jess. Balance, agility, strength, coordination — and most importantly… confidence.

This program is designed to help kids:
✅ Build strength safely
✅ Improve athletic performance
✅ Develop body awareness & coordination
✅ Have FUN while getting stronger
