DOING THE MOST (just the way I like it 🎃) FYI the @mrbones pumpkin patch has become my entire fall identity + I don’t care that it was legit over 100-degrees, lol. Giving this place a 10/10 bc the activities are endless, this place is basically Disneyland.

September 1st…GILMORE GIRLS SZN is almost here 🍁 but let’s be real though, is it ever NOT Gilmore Girls szn?!

Luke, Lorelei and Rory 🍁 comment UNIFORM for the link to all our our costumes (had to add this bc sooooo many of yall were asking)

Forever my favorite family Halloween costume and definitely something I’d dreamt of doing foreverrrrr. Also where did this baby girl go? Still can’t believe they even make REAL school uniforms for 1 year olds…but I just know it’s the cutest thing I’ve ever seen 🤩

GREETINGS FROM VACATION 🤣🤣🤣

An Aperol spritz hates to see me coming, lol. TBH obsessed with our little Central Coast getaway to Pismo Beach and mostly the fact that @vesperaresort has a beach-side restaurant 🤩🤩 #coupleshumor #marriedcouples #familyvacation

📍 PISMO BEACH: Not LA, not the Bay…a TRULY perfect, mellow beach town with TOMS to do + see + eat + less than 4 hours from LA. 🌊✨

I don’t say this often, but I can WHOLEHEARTEDLY say our hotel, @vesperaresort made this trip effortless. REAL TALK: traveling with little kids is a lot of work (iykyk) and this hotel took the edge off like a freaking crisp Diet Coke at 2PM 🤣The vibe was elevated yet SUPER laid back. A few reasons I’m obsessed:

✨ UNREAL WELCOME: Champagne, chocolates, fruit, and even a stuffed animal for our girlie 🐬
✨ ON THE BEACH: They supply chairs, towels, umbrellas, and sand toys (aka you don’t need to schlep a bunch of stuff)
✨ OCEANFRONT POOL: Swimming while listening to waves = yes please 🌊
✨ AMAZING DINING: Delicious food at Pequin with direct beach views
✨ HUGE ROOMS: So much space for us, the opposite of cramped
✨ 10/10 WALKABILITY: We parked when we got there and never touched our car again!

📌 A few other must-see/do recs:
🦖 Dinosaur Caves Park (a toddler dream!)
🍷 The Westerly (amazing views + great food)
☕️ Esteem Coffee (surf shop + coffee combo)
🍲 Splash Café (famous clam chowder + cute vintage vibes)

Cutest, most friendly beach town. Great food, even better vibes.

🔖 Save this for your next family getaway, couples trip, girls weekend, or solo trip!

HOTEL FIRE UPATE 🏠

ICYMI: our hotel property (aka The Casitas by @risiresorts) experienced a major fire a few weeks ago. Thanks to the @phoenixfiredepartment we have this real time footage to share. Most importantly, thank you to their team for putting this fire out. We are so grateful no one was hurt.

We don’t know what’s next but we will keep you posted. Thank you to you all in this community for your support and kindness, we LOVE YOU ALL SO MUCH!

GAME CHANGED FOREVER thanks to this #LowesFind and its hidden secret. #ad And YES, it is *that dramatic* and life-altering!

Our new Electrolux laundry tower not only washes and dries clothes; oh no...it also STEAMS CLOTHES 🤯 As in, I’m throwing my iron in the trash. I was absolutely shocked by how perfectly-pressed our clothes came out without me having to lift a finger. Not only that...if you live in a small space, this tower allows you to do large loads of laundry because the drums are so spacious. Talk about the ultimate luxury!

Shop Electrolux at @loweshomeimprovement TODAY and have your life (and your laundry) changed forever! #LowesPartner #laundry #smalllaundryroom

This feels surreal, can’t believe this carousel is real life.

A full video explaining what happened + what we know is up now (link in my bio).

Thank you to all of you for supporting us as we’ve built @risiresorts + especially the renovation of the hotel. We love you guys!

a few weeks at the beach (and so I’m trying out this single caption thing I guess????)

PS: adding this Mariah song bc my baby girlie has decided SHE LOVES MIMI, my 90’s heart is bursting W/ joy 🤩

IYKYK the epitome of perfection if you’re going somewhere on the Socal coastline is Pacific Surfliner esp if you have a toddler who is obsessed with trains 🚊

Telling her this is Disneyland bc like…it basically is 🤣

MADE IT 📍Solana Beach aka the cutest, most mellow, non-touristy, small town-beach town in San Diego, walkable from the train station. Bonus: no traffic, no car seat DRAMA 🤩

For EVERYONE asking, yes, I’m a long JORTS girlie now (literally zero people have asked lol).

HOME for the week 🌴 UNREAL!!!! Walkable to everything, plus laundry, a full kitchen, and fully stocked with sand toys + a beach WAGON (hallelujah).

🏠🏠🏠

WE GET ITTTTTTT, you’re gorgeous okkkk

Cozy mornings waking up to the ocean sounds. Should we just like…move here permanently?

Daily hike to the beach 🏖️

A vibe!

My perfect strawberry cutie baby

Girlie things 🤩 still cannot believe I have a DAUGHTER?! How?! I’m the luckiest!

Hyper-fixation beach snack. Cut a pineapple in half, grab a few spoons, EAT!

CORE MEMZZZZZ

NEW(ish) whip that doubles as a nap pod and luggage cart lol.

A park ON THE BEACH?!? Down the street from our place, we walked everywhere btw sooooo walkable.

A town that values PIZZA BOX RECYCLING!?!?! Say less.

📍SOLANA BEACH ☀️☀️☀️

Truly one of the best, most magical, LOW STRESS (heavy on this one) vacations we’ve ever been on. BC:
a.) close-ish to home so you can take @amtrakcalifornia Surfliner train (aka basic Disneyland lol)!
b.) stayed in the most GORGEOUS beach front home - perfect for families + stocked with everything including A KITCHEN, LAUNDRY, toys + a even a wagon 🤯
c.) walked literally everywhere (best kid-friendly but also still cool for adults restaurants/shops/coffee)
d.) small beach town not super touristy vibes

10/10 cannot recommend this trip to EVERYONE! Comment beach + I’ll send you the link to where we stayed 🤩
