Peak week is upon us. ⏳

Years of hard work, setbacks and redemption have brought me here.

When I was still over 140kg, I approached my coach @prep_coach_simo and told him my vision to get to the stage. He didn’t sugar-coat it. He told me it would be one of the hardest things I’d ever put myself through, but from day one he believed we’d get here.

Massive thanks to my physio @chrismphysio and the team for getting me back to 100% after a back sprain mid-prep.
